In these Rules and Regulations, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below (unless the context requires otherwise):

• Event refers to SMARTFREN RUN 2026.
• The Event is conducted as an in-person (offline) event.
• Registration Fee refers to the participation fee determined and payable by Participants in order to take part in the Event.
• Registration Form refers to the official registration form for the Event.
• Info Desk and/or Hotline refers to the division providing official information, managed by IdeaRun Race Management.
• Participant refers to any individual who registers for the Event.
• Race Pack refers to the running kit received by Participants prior to race day. Detailed information regarding the collection schedule and location will be communicated via the Participant’s registered email and/or published through official website and social media channels.
• Rules & Regulations refer to all provisions governing the Event, including registration procedures and participation rules.
• Event Website refers to the official Event website.
• Registration Website refers to the official online registration platform owned by the Organizer and managed by the Race Management, as stated on the Event website.
• Official Social Media (@smartfrenrun and @idea.run) refers to the official communication channels for Participants.
